I wanna say maybe 5 to 10 episodes before this one? Sonoko and Ran are curious as to why Sera always asks where Conan is, and she wants to spend time with him so much she'll go home if he isn't there, so then Sonoko smirks to herself and just says "Shotacon (｡●́‿●̀｡)"

To be accurate, most major characters in this anime are shotacons and lolicon:

Ran = shotacon (tons of implicit symbolism throughout the series).
Vermouth = shotacon (we all know).
Sera = shotacon (Sonoko said it).
Subaru = lolicon (Haibara playfully and skeptically implied it).
